Purchasing Information
The RBF-ART cannot be purchased.
It has only ever been observed emerging between two sufficiently reverent and attentive humans.

No invoice. No shipping window. No unit to track. If it installs, you'll know — and there won't be a receipt for it.
Acquisition Policy
Procurement requests are routinely rejected because there is no transferable unit, ownership record, subscription tier, premium configuration, or approved reseller. The RBF-ART appears only as an emergent property of attention between people. It cannot be stocked in advance, reserved for later use, or guaranteed by expenditure.
This has caused persistent frustration within Purchasing, which prefers products with part numbers. The parts numbers are discoverable but this process is delicate and possibly not worth the extra time.
Cost Structure
Although no monetary price exists, successful deployments are not free. They require time, attention, uncertainty tolerance, emotional risk, and occasional revision of beliefs the operator had previously marked as final. None of these costs can be paid on behalf of another participant.
Generosity may support the environment in which resonance develops, but generosity is not a purchase mechanism. Gifts, access, favors, visibility, status, or repeated effort do not create an obligation for another endpoint to return a signal.
Ownership & Transfer
No party owns a successful install. Each participant retains independent agency and may change configuration, reduce communication, or leave the deployment entirely. The effects of the interaction may remain with both operators, but the relationship that produced them cannot be transferred like a license.
For accounting purposes, Purchasing recommends classifying the RBF-ART as an intangible asset with no resale market, unpredictable depreciation, and an unusually high probability of becoming more valuable after it can no longer be possessed.
